Return Policy:

 

At East Coast Powerstroke, all sales are final. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we allow a 36-hour return window for parts purchased in person at our physical location:

Return Guidelines:

• Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of East Coast Powerstroke.

• All return requests must be supported by an inspection of our pre-sale records and photographs taken before the part leaves our facility.

• Items must not have been altered or modified in any way after leaving our property.

 

Important:

Customers are solely responsible for confirming:

• The condition of the part

• The correct fitment and model compatibility for their vehicle

 

Non-Returnable Items:

​We do not accept returns under any circumstances if the part has been modified. Modifications include, but are not limited to:

• Paint or color changes

• Rust treatment or removal

• Installation or removal of liners or coatings

• Drilling holes or adding lights

• Any other alterations to the condition or structure of the part
